    DESIGN CONSULTATION

    The design consultation is the initial phase where we begin your journey, derive insight into your design dreams and visions for your space to bring it into reality with our dedicated designer. We get your brief, explore your overall goals, your design style, timescales and budget.

    DESIGN CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

    The design concept phase is where your design vision is formed. We develop the space planning, create moodboards,3D visualisation, material selections, colour swatches, furniture selection, lighting layers and the overall styling process. Detailed floorplan& elevation would be presented with any bespoke joinery, décor accessories and art work pieces, inclusive of itemised cost list in alignment with the budget. With a synergistic approach, we work with you to transform your space and you permit us to use our design expertise.

    PRESENTATION

    This is the phase where our design concept development is presented to you and other project stakeholders involved. We gather feedback, adjust the design direction where possible and we obtain written design approval.

    EXECUTION

    The implementation of the final approved design concept is initiated in this phase. We regularly visit the project site to ensure every element of the design meets the expected quality compliance, right sequence, project managed and the project progress is communicated.

    INSTALLATION, STYLING AND CLOSEOUT

    Our expert design teams and in-house installers will ensure we bring your dream to reality with the Vicca finishing touches for a well-designed space in the final stage. Projects reveal and handover to client takes places in this phase.
